Postscript to a
Suspected Murderer’s Story

Marlene Aguilar-Pollard says her son, Jason Aguilar Ivler “hates the Philippine government and has absolutely no respect for the Philippine government” – prompting hardcore leftist groups to offer him free membership.

Marlene Aguilar-Pollard revealed that her first lover was murdered in a Bangkok hotel by “professional killers.” Another former lover was a Colombian arms dealer while another was a convicted criminal currently jailed in England. When officials of the Asian Development Bank heard this, they immediately ordered a background check on Stephen Pollard.

Marlene Aguilar claims her son was framed by “some of the most powerful military men in America,” because she wrote a book exposing the twin towers attack as an inside job, and that American businessmen funded Nazi-Germany. By the way, Marlene is coming out soon with a new book that will expose Renato Victor Ebarle Jr’s road rage-related death as staged, and that he is still alive.

According to Marlene Aguilar-Pollard, her other son Colby is the stubborn one whom she calls names like Saddam, Damien, and Hannibal. Marlene also reveals, “Jason is the exact opposite. He never raised his voice.” He just shoots instantly!

Marlene Aguilar-Pollard says her sons, Jason and Colby are geniuses although she described Colby as hardheaded and called him names like Saddam, Damien, and Hannibal. Aside from Jason and Colby, Marlene has two other kids, Crispin and Basilio.

In a TV interview, Marlene Aguilar boasted, “My intelligence is way above most people.” She insisted though, “I’m not aware that Jason was hiding in our house.” Her intelligence was sloppy.

Postscript to a
Domestic Dispute

After spending only two days at her sister’s house, Kris Aquino has reconciled with James Yap. Because of the Mayen Austria controversy, Kris has finally realized how difficult it was to live without her husband, and how easy it was to campaign for her brother… live!

Kris Aquino and James Yap have reconciled after only two days of separation. We’ll find out if the separation has paid off as soon as the results of the next presidential survey are released.

Postscript to
a Comelec Ruling

The Commission on Elections dismissed the petition filed against the presidential bid of deposed president Joseph Estrada. A consistent third placer in various surveys, Estrada can now run in May. Due to this development, his political advisers are compelled to think of an alternative graceful exit.

Deposed president Joseph Estrada’s presidential bid has been approved by the Commission on Elections. His political advisers have started to prepare themselves for a grueling campaign and an eye-opening defeat.

In Other News…
Reports say First Gentleman Mike Arroyo is supporting the candidacy of Sen. Manuel Villar Jr… fueling speculations that Villar is a guest candidate of the First Couple.

The Commission on Elections revealed that 43,000 Filipinos have “double” registrations… to which Sen. Manuel Villar Jr. said, “Wala akong alam d’yan!”

Overseas…
The New York Times plans to charge readers for full access to its web site next year. In contrast, the Ilocos Times vows to maintain a free website and will soon start accepting editorial articles from readers – bloggers, in particular.
__________
“Hindi ko kailangang bawiin. Wala akong dapat bawiin. I am buying my dream. I am spending to achieve my dream. And that’s all it.”
~Sen. Manuel Villar Jr’s answer when a friend asked him how he intended to recover the millions of pesos he spent for his political ads if he wins the presidency
(Thanks to NLS, an avid Villar supporter and friend for this info)

Personal: The Ilocos Times
A Postscript

I just learned that Mr. Juan L. Mercado, columnist of the Philippine Daily Inquirer re-printed my two Xmas-themed posts not just once or twice but thrice – in The Bohol Chronicle, in Western Visayas’ The Daily Guardian, and in The Philippine Daily Mirror.

He claimed that it came from an email. He didn’t identify the sender though. But one thing is certain: it didn’t come from me. Fine.

But The Ilocos Times, where Mercado is also a columnist, reprinted it as an editorial and attributed it to him. Now that’s unacceptable.

Sige, ‘payag na ‘ko. Walang plagiarism. But to compile political humor pieces and publish them as an editorial? Funny.

Survey Says
Your take on the recommendation of 12 senators to censure Sen. Manny Villar:
Dapat lang! 57%
Nangangamoy pulitika! 34%
Wala akong pakialam! 9%

We have a new survey. Please vote now.

Are you just going to laugh off Juan Mercado’s plagiarism? My God. NAKAKAHIYA SILA HA!

Heckler, if I were you I’ll keep on blogging about this Juan Mercado and his plagiarism. Wag mong tigilan and keep heckling the Inquirer people. Grabe, forwarded email na nga lang (if what he claims is true), ginawa pang editorial. That’s plagiarism to the highest level….ever.

Sana man lang kasi sinabing ‘from a forwarded email’ di ba?
Besides, it’s totally strange to use jokes for an editorial.

Now add up some bloggers/journalists who re-print these emails para lang may maisulat sila: you see someone who has lost all CREATIVITY.

Kabastusan + Loss of Creativity = PLAGIARISM.

Whereas, reprinting emails/chats as your writeup without asking permission first sa person concerned kung pwede ba or hindi is: TSISMOSANG BASTOS.

hahahaha. mas naha-highblood ako sa on-going extension/renov works ko dito sa sarili kong bahay. kalokah. hindi ko ma-final final what finishing and planning to do. nagigising ako ng dis-oras ng madaling araw para lang mag-sketch. half a ream of bond papers na yata ang naubos ko 🙂

pero talagang ASAR etong mga manunulat kuno sucking other people’s ideas para lang may masulat. It only shows their limited or total lack of originality.

Reminds me of a lot I know na ni sariling joke, wala sila.

so pathetic. they can’t even see some humor in their own lives.

exactly!

their are jokes/articles that sometimes are just so good, they become so irresistible not to be circulated for sharing. but there are so many decent ways to pass them on to your readers if one is sensible enough to respect the original writer’s rights.

i remember reading PDI’s Ms. Jimenez-David’s column last ’04 yata. her xmas article was a a forwarded mail and it was about a collection of pinoy takes on the definition of some english words, e.g. Deduct – Ang Pato, Defeat – PAA ng Pato…..

but she was so good in her introduction that what she will be writing came from a froward or from something in the web. she never made any claim it was her own.

The bottom line therefore is: Nasa writer and diskarte how to pass on to his readers something na hindi kanya. Acknowledgment is the trick to that.

Anyone noticed the increased radio airplay of his songs?

Hahahaha Mr.PH your piece on Marlene Aguilar is wicked!!!! Can’t stop laughing. I’m sorry to hear that your wonderful blogs were plagiarised by a local paper; being plagiarised would be the best compliment I guess….however they should have at least referred to you to acknowledge you as the source/author.If they did, that wouldn’t be plagiarism is it?

You’re still the best though! Keep it!

If it’s easy for Mr. Mercado to copy something from an unknown email sender, perhaps it will be easy for him to be bribed. Is there a way to have this person reprimanded by the NUJP? Nakakahiya siya!

Sana pakabait na itong si Mr. Mercado. Mukhang matanda na siya sa litrato nya. Lapit na siyang kunin ni Bro! (,”)

nut case! I can’t wait for the trial of Jason to start, the mother’s ‘weirdness’ will really start to unravel.

mister heckler, sometimes my problem here is determining,
since i don’t get to read all newspapers and other sources,
the true news and the heckled ones, like for example, the
many relationships of marlene, aside of course from ivler and

and to you garju 101 thank you for always feeding videos of

Kabastusan + Loss of Creativity = PLAGIARISM = Juan Mercado 😀

it seems like marlene is really losing it — i just can imagine if his son killed a regular salary man, what would have happened? well actually maybe nothing, his killer son would just be walking away merrily.

and what about Ka Freddie’s comment? maraming way daw sana para mapasuko si Jason, puedeng gutumin, or tear-gasin — but i guess they forgot to note, Jason shot the NBIs first and he actually injured two of them.

Behave pa nga yung mga NBI nun kung tutuusin — kung iba-iba lang din yun, they could have shot him — dead as well.

PH is primarily a humor blog (and a damned good one at that) and a certain degree of “irreverence” is expected from the author and the commentors.

My comment that Mr.Mercado should have been in the Maguindanao convoy is just my irreverent way of saying that he deserves “a fate worse that death” for his plagiaristic ways.

Imputing that I am insensitive to the massacre and it’s victims is way off-tangent and totally false. Again’ let’s not be too serious and overly literal in what we read here.

It’s a humor blog for chrissakes, let’s enjoy PH while we can!
